Savannah, darling, I miss you everyday.

Sometimes I see a girl with brown eyes and curly brown hair and I wonder if God is giving me a glimpse of who you might have been. I wished for you for so long and I don't know why your'e not here. I wish I could feel you move inside of me one more time, have your Daddy talk to you again through my tummy and hold you just once more in my arms.

I know you are an angel looking down on me right now. I just have to be patient and one day we will all be together again. Do you see all the balloons that Laura and Kayleigh send up to you when we leave the grocery store? We always stand in the parking lot and watch them until they disappear.

You were my heart, my reason for living. I am so glad Daddy got the chance to hold you in front of the window at dawn and show you the stars until they melted away into the sunrise. I am so glad you heard me whisper how much I love you into your sweet little ear.

At the store last night, a little girl with blue eyes like mine and brown hair like Daddys' was standing, staring at Kayleigh, not saying a word, they looked at each other for quite a few minutes until her Dad called her away. Her name was Olivia. Was that a glimpse of you from God? You and Savannah take care of each other until we get there. Good Night my sweet.

It was only last week that I saw your precious heartbeat and you bouncing around on the ultrasound. In the short 8 weeks that you were with us, you changed our lives forever.
