Step by step procedure - this is the easiest blanket to make:

Fleece
Baby colors and tiny prints on baby fine fleece - need both kinds or two colors because one side is different than the other.
Average blanket size: 25 by 29 with a 3 1/2 inch fringe
Size A: 15" X 15" - These will wrap a tiny baby up to about 20 weeks.
Size B: 22" X 22" These will wrap a tiny baby from about 20 to 32 weeks.
Size C: 24" X 26"
Size D: 25" X 29"
Size E: 28" X 30"
Directions:
Cut fleece into desired sizes
Lay print and solid fleece wrong sides together, matching raw edges.
Cut a square out of each corner...the square will be the length of the fringe on two sides
Cut fringe 3" deep, 1" wide, on each side.
Use an overhand knot, tie front and back (print and solid) fringe together. Complete around entire blanket.
Note: Do not stretch fringe.
